Hi guys. You wouldn’t believe how much messing around I did with this set. I have no idea why. Even putting the darn graphics ON the page, but I think that’s because they’re kind of big to place them all on the same page, ya know? But ANYway... do you see anything familiar here? Like the quotes that I have sprinkled around? Here’s a hint...
Did you guess correctly? I think they’re so cool. Most of them are quotes from the many books that he wrote which is why I thought you might recognize them. My fav Dr. Seuss book was “Horton Hears a Who” - "I meant what I said, and I said what I meant. An elephant's faithful one-hundred percent." Poor Horton, sat on whats-er-name’s nest through the rain & storms... what a guy!
As some of you may know, my daughter is due (today!) to have our 1st grandchild (a girl!) so for the last few days + from this point on, we’re anxiously awaiting *the call* and we’ll be on our way to South Bend Indiana. Isn’t childbirth a miraculous thing?
So, more about this set. The font used on the quotes is “Fragile Decay” from DaFont, and the font used in the title is “Beyond Wonderland” which is also a freebie from DaFont. As I mentioned, the images would be a little crowded if you used them all on the same page. I also made a bunch of buttons for navigation but truthfully I didn’t know where to put them to show you. There’s a couple below as an example.
Have you visited my FMG facebook page? I usually ramble about redesigning this site, but as you can see, I haven’t done it yet, but I will - yes, I will. OH, and if you feel like being my FB friend, please add a note that you’re a visitor from FMG so I don’t think you’re a stalker or something weird like that, k?
Alrighty, think I’ll call it a day for now. I need to do some work-related activity ‘cos I’m in a chatty mood and could babble with you all day! It’s kind of cold & gloomy outside but that’s ok. Good day to be inside, wearing my sweats & casually doing some work, right? I must change gears from my last project. Gae Polisner is a writer who I had the pleasure of working with on her new web site. Now I have to switch it around to a more out-doorsy (?) business site.
Ok, remember to have fun, be yourself & be kind to others... “Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting. So get on your way.”
